Thomas Howe Defends His VoIP Mashup

The Thomas Howe Company provided an excellent post on their web site, defending the VoIP mashup work that I criticized in my earlier post, VoIP App Innovation Still Has a Long Way to Go.  Mr. Howe lays out a solid business case for the mashup he created, and speculates that maybe it was just the article I read that was uninspiring.  Thanks for leaving me a loophole to escape!  Yes, it was just the article that didn't give me the details your post gives, and I stand corrected.  I wish you every success in your continued good mashup work.  Please accept my apology.
